You will be able to help people you support to live the life they want, ensuring they have choices and control over the planning and delivery of their support. You will enable them to reach their potential by providing both physical and emotional support, along with encouraging them to develop positive relationships socially. You will be working with individuals both at home and within the community

Working with a variety of individuals in Elgin, on a night shift you will provide support with:

Meals
Personal care
Medication administration
Housekeeping

Shift pattern and working hours;

Successful applicants will cover waking nights shifts,

10pm to 8am

Shift pattern is usually 3 nights on, 3 nights off but this is variable according to the needs of the service.

Please be aware that applicants must be available for initial shadow shifts during the day.

In addition due to our location, limited public transport links and shift patterns candidates need to be drivers or local to the area.

An enhanced Adult PVG will be required for this role
