A Vacancy has arisen for the post of a Ward Clerk who enjoys working in fast paced and challenging environment within the busy Orthopaedic ward based in Ninewells Hospital, Dundee.

You should have interpersonal skills with a good telephone manner and be computer literate. Keyboard skills are essential. Knowledge of the working practices of hospital processes within a medical records or a clinical area is required, although training will be given.

Your performance must comply with the national Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers 2009 and with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers.

Hours of work are: 30 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.00 am 2.30 pm

You will be required to work additional hours during leave periods.
