Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Warehouse First Line Manager to join our team on our Sainsbury's contract in Langlands Park, East Kilbride. As a First Line Manager you will be responsible for managing and leading your own team helping to coach, motivate and engage them to create a great team culture with a strong work ethic.,

• To lead operational activities in your area for the duration of the shift to achieve the work plan on time and in line with budget and KPIs
• Drive performance through effective monitoring of coaching and performance
• Review all aspects of shift performance, identifying areas for improvement
• Leading the team on shift proactively to motivate high performance, develop positive engagement and good communication across the operation
• Management of the warehouse training requirement and function

This is a full time, permanent position, working any 5 days from 7, 13:30 - 22:30., We're looking to offer a salary of up to £37,104.60 per annum and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
