We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Warehouse and Logistics Manager to join our team in Bellshill, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our warehouse operations and logistics processes, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.

• Manage and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
• Develop and implement strategies to optimise inventory management and supply chain processes
• Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure a safe working environment
• Manufacture Weekly Supplies - Coordinate the manufacturing of weekly supplies to meet operational demands. Ensure that production schedules align with inventory levels and customer requirements.
• Analyse and improve warehouse layout and workflow to enhance operational efficiency
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse, shipping and dispensing staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Corrective Actions - Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to mitigate future issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of logistics activities
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse productivity and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Audits - Host external and internal audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to minimise errors and damages
• Assist with managing relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other external partners
