Warehouse Operative - Voice Picker

Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative (Voice Picker) for our client's main distribution center for a leading UK supermarket.

Staffline is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives in Bellshill.

The rate of pay is:
- Day shift £11.77 per hour
- Back shift £12.95 per hour
- Night shift £13.95 per hour

Overtime is available at this site and is paid at £17.66 per hour.

This is a full-time role working rotating shifts, 5 out of 7, and the hours of work are:
- Day shift 6am to 2pm
- Back shift 2pm to 10pm
- Night shift 10pm to 6am

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Voice Picker, your duties will include:

- Picking items
- Building pallets
- Operating a Low-Level Order Picker (LLOP) in a busy, fast-paced environment

As a Warehouse Operative at this site, your duties will include:

- Working in a busy environment picking various products
- Working in a chilled environment with temperatures ranging from 2C - 8C
- Operating manual handling equipment in order to pick items for orders

Please note this is a physically demanding job that involves heavy lifting, applicants must be of good health and be physically fit to work in a fast-paced environment.

Our ideal Warehouse Order Picker has a keen eye for detail and works with accuracy to ensure that they are always selecting the best items for orders. You will be able to follow instructions and have great communication skills(good understanding of English, both verbal and written.)

You are required to pass the Drug & Alcohol test and your own transport would be beneficial due to the location of the warehouse.

No previous experience is necessary as a Warehouse Operative/ Voice picker as full training is provided.
