Responsibities

·       Lead and manage your team

·       Responsible for achieving set productivity within designated areas

·       Daily/weekly/monthly KPI reporting

·       Deployment planning

·       Health and safety

·       Overall standards within areas of responsibility

·       Performance management

·       Absence management

·       KPI and budget control

·       Key holder

·       Communicate effectively with team

·       Team progression/training

·       Ensure team briefs are completed daily

·       Provide feedback within management team meetings

·       Work collaboratively within management teams maximising output across the entire DC
