Your new role
You will supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff within the picking area. Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Ensure accurate inventory management and control. Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment. Monitor and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
What you'll get in return
A salary of between 27,000 and 30,000 with 32 days annual leave. The company also has 2 annual bonuses plus an absence bonus. The working hours are Monday-Thursday 0830-1630 and Friday 0830-1530.
