Warranty Administrator
BMW Newbridge
Salary up to £28,000. OTE £30,000.

Role Overview
Warranty Claims Management: Process all job cards with warranty items, input claim details, and produce warranty invoices for accurate submission to warranty providers.
Parts Returns & Disposal: Identify parts for return and disposal from warranty claims, coordinating with the parts department for necessary actions.
Claims Rejection Handling: Review rejected claims, resubmit errors, and investigate rejections with the Management Team to resolve issues.
Documentation & Audit Compliance: Maintain effective filing systems for warranty documentation and participate in audits to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
Customer Service & Support: Handle customer complaints promptly, ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, and provide backup cover for Service Reception when needed.
