  • Modelling and the subsequent development of solutions for developments, flood alleviation, environmental studies and Unsatisfactory Intermittent Discharge (UID)/Combined Sewer Overflows (CSO) project
  • Model build and verificationÂ

    We have an exciting opportunity for a Wastewater Network Modeller to join our national team of innovative and motivated modellers, engineers and project managers, delivering projects for both UK Water Companies and international clients. You will be a driven individual with a keen interest in wastewater modelling, solution engineering and catchment planning. You should be familiar with InfoWorks ICM, as well as GIS packages.  The ideal candidate would be a motivated and experienced early career professional who wants to progress their career, with a desire to evolve within Mott MacDonald and to develop their technical skills with a view to achieving chartership with an appropriate body. As a Hydraulic Modeller, you would be responsible for providing key technical inputs on a range of wastewater infrastructure projects. , Candidates should be familiar with InfoWorks ICM and GIS packages
  • Relevant degree qualified or vocational qualificationÂ
  • Experience in the UK Water SectorÂ
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointÂ
  • Good collaboration and communication skills, able to enter into technical discussions in a logical and coherent fashion in both oral presentations and written reports, to colleagues, non-technical staff and clients
  • Experience working with FME, Power Bi and / or programming skills in languages such as Ruby, VBA or Python would be advantageous Â
