Water Treatment Engineer

Environmental/Services Division recruits nationally and our clients include Water Treatment, Water Hygiene, Legionella, Environmental, Asbestos Consultancies, Health & Safety and Facilities Companies as well as Organisations who have their own Internal Departments and Teams.

Positions we have successfully filled include, Asbestos Consultants/Surveyors, Technical/Operations/Contracts Manager, Legionella Risk Assessors, Plumbers, Sales/Service/Water Hygiene & Treatment Technicians & Engineers, HSQE, Buildings and Facilities Professionals, to name a few.

As Water Hygiene Engineer, you will be expected to have a who have a track record in attending customer sites and carrying out duties to meet Legionella / ACOP L8.

· TMV Servicing
· Temperature monitoring
· Water Sampling
· Descaling of shower head and hoses.
· Tank Cleans and inspections
· Cleaning, disinfection and maintenance of the cooling towers
· Mains injection pipework chlorination works
· Plumbing & water treatment remedial skills

Requirements
· Previous water hygiene experience
· Experience of closed heating and cooling towers could be an advantage, but is not essential
· Previously worked for a Water Treatment/Hygiene and/or Facilities Company would be beneficial.
· Ability to work in confined spaces
· Good communication and IT skills
· Good level of computer skills
· Hold a full driving licence
