Full Job Description
We provide clear and comprehensive advice to our clients to allow them to make informed decisions around their finances. This creates financial confidence in our clients in meeting their future goals and aspirations. As a Financial Planner within The Wealth Consultant team, you will support in meeting the teams' objectives of:
- Providing exceptional advice and service to clients
- Building our profile, reputation and engagement internally and externally
- Supporting our continued growth as a business by advising and servicing both new and existing clients
- Enhancing our integration into Isio as part of their proposition What's the role? We're looking for a qualified Financial Planner (ideally Chartered) with industry experience, with a curious and rigorous mindset, to join our team. As a challenger in the industry, we are looking for individuals with excellent financial planning and technical skills, a commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial mindset. Day to day, role and responsibilities include:
- Providing outstanding advice and service to clients both through initial and on-going advice
- Networking and engaging with the Isio team in the local office
- Ensuring Isio Wealth Planning is an established, creditable and integrated part of the proposition
- Continue to support the growth aspirations of the business through signing up new clients
- Ensuring all advice is complaint and meets the high standards that we are reputed for Where is the role? We are recruiting for Financial Planners for a range of locations nationwide. We are currently recruiting for Isio offices located in Bristol, Edinburgh and Glasgow. We operate on a hybrid basis, offering you the opportunity to work both in the office and from home. The expectation would be 2 -3 days per week in the office. As a business we believe in building strong communities amongst our employees - both across locations and teams, hosting regular team building, charity, and social events.
- Technically well qualified (Chartered status or near to being so), with at least 5 years' experience as a Financial Planner and having provided a wide range of advice to a diverse range of clients.
- Prepared to work both independently and collaboratively with the team and wider business.
- You will have an established network of external firms who have introduced individuals to you, and ideally be a recognised individual in the local business community.
- Have experience of building a set of clients through establishing and building an internal and external network.
- Have a reputation of excellence in relation to both advice and service to clients
- Able to demonstrate the highest standards of Client advice and service. Demonstrated Commitment to our Core Purpose
