Weekend Cleaner

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Weekend Cleaner to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Cleaning. What you'll do:

• Complete cleaning services, ensuring full access for visitors.
• Maintain cleaning standards in accordance with company policies and values.
• Follow instructions from your Sodexo Cleaning Supervisor to provide an efficient and effective cleaning service.
• Prioritize tasks and respond as requested to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Complete and submit necessary report forms related to cleaning tasks.
• Understand client requirements to enhance customer experiences.
• Ensure all relevant Sodexo paperwork is accurate and completed.
• Conduct necessary cleaning tasks efficiently and report any faults or defects immediately to your line manager.
• Complete all required training and adhere to Sodexo cleaning procedures and SOPs.
• Assist with fire evacuations on site.
• Ensure correct uniform standards are maintained at all times.
• Be flexible and available for major events on site.
  
  Good communication skills are essential.
• Cleaning experience within a business corporate/high-end retail or events environment is essential.
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks is essential.
• Ability to respond to a variety of tasks created by the customer and colleagues is essential.
• Good knowledge of health and safety is essential.
• Knowledge and understanding of cleaning in a busy environment is essential.
• Adherence to Sodexo health and safety regulations and equal opportunity regulations is essential.
• Ability to write accurate, legible operational reports is essential.
