This role involves updating and managing databases, liaising with various teams, and assisting in the tendering process. You will play a crucial role in ensuring information integrity, meeting deadlines, and enhancing our data-driven decision-making.,

  • Maintain and update work-winning databases to capture and verify accurate information.
  • Prepare and submit timely reports to keep the wider team informed.
  • Collaborate with our work-winning community to gather and verify data.
  • Download tender information and assist in generating organized tender folders.
  • Support the Enquiries Manager by issuing and managing tender enquiries.
  • Uphold Balfour Beatty's values and ensure a strong commitment to Zero Harm.
