An opportunity has arisen for a permanent Workforce Systems & Information Officer based at University Hospital Crosshouse.

What you will do:

In this role you will assist in maintaining data quality and providing reports from our HR systems. Supporting the Workforce Systems & Information Analyst you will assist with system administration, developing our approach to providing workforce information for the organisation and maintaining data quality.

Key to being successful in this role is building understanding of the data held within the systems we use, how we use that information and why ensuring data quality is critical to what we do.  You will routinely engage with stakeholders both internal and external to the HR department and will be able to tailor your communications effectively to varying levels of skills and aptitude in using systems and data.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:

Existing knowledge and use of eESS (electronic Employee Support System) is an essential aspect of this role as you will utilise this extensively. In addition you should have advanced knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Excel to process large volumes of data with a particular emphasis on identifying and rectifying data quality issues.

You should be educated to HND level in an Information Management/Technology related subject, or have equivalent experience, and have relevant experience as a HR system user and be comfortable with developing, and maintaining, your knowledge and understanding across a number of systems.

Hours: 37 per week, working Monday to Friday.
