Full Job Description
- Rostering staff, as well as observing workers' performance
- Managing resource including when to place workers on training and on leave
- Conducting Performance Development Reviews on the team
- Acting as a mentor to the junior members as well as upskilling via courses
Previous experience in rostering and the supervision of staff - Experience in conducting PDRs
- Technical experience in OLE is desirable
