Summary

Esteem Training are a leading Construction training provider that specialise in the unique delivery of developmental leadership & management, and Modern Apprenticeship programmes. We are looking for a Business Development Coordinator to join our expanding team. Esteem Training, based in Glasgow, have been in business for 39 years and are 100% employee owned.

The Person

We are looking to develop a Workshop Facilitator to join our dynamic team. You will be somebody who can embrace our company values of integrity, honesty, quality and self-development. Successful candidates will have experience working in the construction industry and Modern Apprenticeships. Esteem have a very specific style of workshop delivery and an in depth training programme will be provided to ensure the person is delivering to the Esteem standards, models and processes.

An appropriate package will be agreed based on experience. There will be a minimum requirement of 4 delivery days per month.
