Workshop supervisor

Under the Supply chain Manager's responsibility, the Workshop supervisor is responsible for the remanufacture team in the workshop. Schedule: Monday through Friday - 8:30 - 5:00 General:

• Staff management, including training, ensuring they have the necessary technical skills
• Planning: maintenance schedules and production targets
• Quality control and ensuring compliance with OH&S policies
• Develop training plans and organising training for staff
• Working along with other departments & management on reports
• Oversees employees' daily performance and coordinates teamwork.
• Manage the workshop production and efficiency of the team to ensure all projects are completed within quoted and budgeted hrs.
