What We're Looking For:

A proven track record in fleet maintenance and a deep understanding of engineering operations.
HGV or PSV engineering experience is required.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams, driving a safe, efficient, and cost-effective maintenance program.
An innovative mindset, customer-focused approach, and the commercial acumen to help take the business forward.
