Full Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team at our Uddingston HQ. This is a fast-paced role where you'll support the delivery of essential services across our client portfolio. This is an office-based role Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm and Friday 8:00am - 3:30pm,

  • Produce maintenance reports and manage compliance documentation
  • Schedule and coordinate new and existing maintenance contracts
  • Update client portals, ensuring all documentation is accessible and up to date
  • Liaise with managers, engineers, sub-contractors, and clients throughout the contract lifecycle
  • Maintain internal data systems and financial records
  • Monitor financial reports to ensure timely billing and process credit/re-bill requests
  • Handle all sales invoicing, including monthly composite billing

    Previous experience in an administrative role within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
  • A proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
