Are you a strategic and hands-on reward expert ready to step into a globally influential role? We're supporting a leading international organisation in their search for a Senior Reward Consultant. - Act as a deputy to the Head of Reward, representing the team at senior leadership forums.
- Lead the operational delivery of reward initiatives, supporting both BAU and long-term strategic projects.
- Own and deliver on global reward projects from technical design through to successful roll-out.
- Design and develop diverse global reward policies, including salary management, annual compensation processes, benefits, and international compensation cycles.
- Partner with the business across 40+ countries to ensure global consistency and relevance.
- Manage third-party providers and benefits brokers while monitoring market trends and driving innovation.
- Build and promote data-led reward proposals to leadership with confidence and clarity., Fully remote with monthly meetups in the Glasgow office for team collaboration.
