You will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer, working closely with the CEO the Executive Management Team, to shape and implement the company's overall growth strategy as it continues to embark on transformational change. You will ensure that the company maximises its performance across various business aspects, including the consistent and successful service improvement of all venues.
