Salary: Competitive Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Location: United kingdom with expected travel Are you passionate about promoting a safe and healthy work environment? We are looking for a dedicated Health and Safety Multi-Site Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our sites comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations while fostering a culture of safety. WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

  • Provide day-to-day Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) assistance and advice to enable the site(s) to comply with relevant statutory legislation.
  • Meet annual Safety, Health, and Environmental objectives, which will be assessed via the performance management system.
  • Coordinate and assist with SHE initiatives at the sites, ensuring effective implementation and compliance.
  • Assist with the development, implementation, and communication of all relevant SHE policies at the site(s), ensuring that all staff are informed and engaged.
  • Assist the SHE function in delivering the SHE business plan
  • WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
  • NEBOSH qualification is a minimum requirement.
  • Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in a multi-site environment.
  • Transport experience or knowledge is key to this role.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience of working in a high-paced retail environment is desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant safety, health, and environmental legislation.
