Our Bosville, Marmalade and Bracken Hide Hotels are hiring Chef de Parties and Breakfast Chefs to join their teams in Portree, The Isle of Skye. We are currently offering seasonal and permanent contracts for these roles, and you will be working up to 40 hours per week, from Monday to Sunday. As a Chef de Partie/Breakfast Chef, we seek candidates who are guest-focused and dedicated to creating memorable culinary experiences. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring that all health and safety procedures in a kitchen adhere to the highest standards.
