The journey starts with booking the initial treatment all the way through to discharge. - Grade C or above GCSE English or equivalent
- Excellent written communication skills.

- Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required Desirable:
- NVQ Level 2 Business and Administration
- Previous experience working at a healthcare environment.
- Experience using NHS IT systems including EMIS, AccuRx, eRS, NHS mail.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel"
