Full Job Description
Are you detail-oriented with a passion for numbers? iMultiply are engaged to find a proactive Finance Assistant to join a dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-rounded finance role, supporting the smooth running of financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day financial transactions including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing payments.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end processes.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve finance-related queries.
- Assist in monitoring budgets and tracking expenses.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial procedures and policies.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
- Strong numeracy skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Desirable:
- Experience using Xero or similar accounting software is a plus.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Glasgow city centre, an easily accessible location with multiple transportation routes. The role offers a salary of up to £28,000, working from the office.
