Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be working with a reputable, industry leading company, known for their innovation and professionalism.

My client is seeking an experienced Client Accounts Assistant on a temporary basis for at least 6 months, to provide an outstanding accounting service.

Key role responsibilities:

Generating and distributing invoices
Documenting received income and generating reports on outstanding payments
Establish banking transactions with a consistent focus on precision and thoroughness
Bank reconciliations
Support with month-end reporting
To offer proactive administrative assistance to the wider team

To be considered for this role you will have:

Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in Excel with relevant knowledge and experience
Computer literate
Demonstrated organisational abilities with the capacity to effectively handle multiple tasks
To effectively comprehend, prioritise, and function within a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
To ensure the utmost discretion and confidentiality when managing highly sensitive information
