As a Finance Partner, you will work closely with the Senior Finance Partner and Divisional Operations Director to drive financial performance and compliance of a portfolio of companies. You will develop relationships with the Managing Directors and local finance teams of these companies and act as the trusted partner on all finance-related matters.,

Supporting delivery of timely and accurate management accounts, forecasts and KPIs.
Supporting presentation of monthly results in meetings company Managing Directors.
Developing processes and control environment to align with Group requirements.
Leading the preparation of the annual budgeting process.
Acting as liaison / conduit with Group Finance.
Providing commercial support as required on tenders, pricing and capital appraisal.
Co-ordinating the year-end audit process with timely and accurate responses.

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) and previous experience in a finance role.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the business and develop strong working relationships.
Ability to consistently deliver high quality, accurate and timely financial information, often to tight deadlines.
Commercial acumen and analytical skills, underpinned by strong Excel skills.
Technically sound knowledge of management accounting principles and practice.
Proactive attitude with a desire for continued learning and a level head.
