In this key role for the business, you will ensure that payments and billing protocols are met and are of the highest standard. Job

The role of Billing Administrator will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:

· Provide guidance and support for the effective execution of the ongoing billing cycle

· Ensure that operational goals and objectives are consistently met to drive process adoption and deployment of changes

· Actively pursue continuous improvement through existing and emerging technologies to enhance key metrics

· Foster positive working relationships with business units, functional teams, colleagues, clients, and advisors to uphold a 'best in class' global billing cycle

· Support the Senior Coordinator in executing quality billing activities to align with the organisational strategy

· Participate in preparing billing packages, offering additional support and training to Operations teams

· Take on a transitional, hands-on role in billing, focusing on optimising efficiency

· Drive billing process improvements, including KPI reporting and analysis for specific segments

· Resolve issues, address concerns, and eliminate bottlenecks within the billing process flow for assigned segments

· Analyse data and identify areas for improvement, particularly in billing, preparation of billing packages, unbilled revenue, and DSO

You

As a Billing Administrator, you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:

· Previous experience in a similar role within a Finance/Accounting function

· Knowledge of billing cycles and billing operations

· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

· Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot as needed

· Experience in continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiencies

· Proficient in data analysis and KPI reporting

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong working relationships
