iMultiply is assisting this global manufacturing plc in their search for a FP&A Lead during this period of rapid growth and expansion. Based out of their premises in Lanarkshire, the FP&A Lead will be pivotal in facilitating the finance function as a true business partner to the manufacturing operation.

The Role
Supporting the Site Controller, this role will assist in the preparation of commercial and operational analysis and management information reporting. You will business partner with senior management regarding actual and forecasted financial performance, as well as drive performance improvements through engagement with the wider business functions.
This is a broad scoped, commercial role in a highly successful, international business. This role is part of a business succession planning initiative with motivated investment from the wider organisation into the development and professional progression of this individual.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate must possess:
- A relevant Accountancy qualification (ICAS, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or the ability to demonstrate ongoing and active pursuit of the same,
- Proven experience in supervising the preparation of management accounts & experience in financial planning and analysis,
- Strong Excel user with experience building analytical tools to aid decision making,
- Sound and up to date knowledge of UKGAAP and USGAAP.
It would be beneficial if the candidate has:
- Experience in Oracle, SmartView and HFM,
- A genuine business partner with the skill and personality to foster productive, cross functional relationships,
- Manufacturing business experience.

This role offers a market leading benefits package with a salary up to £60,000 (DoE), based on a 37.5h work week.
