This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced accountant to take a pivotal role in providing high-quality accounts preparation for a portfolio of clients.

Our client is ideally seeking a newly qualified accountant or a part-qualified finalist currently working in practice and ready to make their first move into industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of financial statements and accounts for a diverse range of clients within the Property Sector.
Managing month-end and year-end accounts processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Overseeing client portfolios, providing tailored accounting solutions to meet specific client needs.
Liaising with clients to clarify financial reports and provide guidance on accounting best practices.
Assisting with tax computations and liaising with tax advisors to ensure compliance.
Supporting the implementation of new accounting systems and software where necessary.
Ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
Mentoring junior accountants and supporting the wider finance team as needed.

Key Requirements:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with relevant post-qualification experience.
Proven experience in accounts preparation, ideally within the Property Sector or a related industry.
Strong technical accounting skills and up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
Ability to manage multiple client portfolios and work to tight deadlines.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
