FinTech Recruitment Solutions are exclusively supporting one of our clients, who are market-leading in their field, as they look to recruit a Financial Analyst to their team. This role would suit someone who has a passion for data, reporting and business insights. Our client has a hybrid model with around 50% in the office and 50% remote.

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in preparing, developing, and delivering insights across all revenue streams and operational data. You will support the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Team, contributing to forecasting, budgeting, and month-end reporting.

You will also help enhance and develop their reporting systems—particularly Power BI—to drive better decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, control, and deliver all revenue and operational management information.
• Support the FP&A team with forecasting, budgeting, ratio analysis, and month-end reporting.
• Develop and enhance financial reporting systems, particularly using Power BI.
• Provide valuable insights to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.

We would welcome applications from candidates who have 2+ years of relevant finance experience. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail are required. Exposure to Power BI would be beneficial but not essential.
