The role:

As a Financial Reporting Advisory Senior, you’ll work with a broad client base on complex and interesting financial reporting projects. From preparing consolidated financial statements to advising on accounting standards and technical queries, no two days will be the same. You’ll also collaborate closely with colleagues across departments and play an active role in coaching junior team members.

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing statutory financial statements, including consolidations, under UK GAAP and IFRS.
• Supporting clients and internal teams on financial reporting and technical accounting matters.
• Advising on the interpretation and application of accounting standards.
• Managing deadlines and project timelines across multiple engagements.
• Delegating and reviewing work, providing guidance and feedback to Assistants.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

About you:

• You’re newly qualified or close to qualifying (ICAS, ACCA, or equivalent).
• You’ve got experience in practice — either in audit or accounts prep.
• You have a keen interest in financial reporting and technical accounting.
• You’re naturally curious, analytical, and enjoy problem-solving.
• You’re confident communicating with clients and team members alike.
• You’re motivated to grow your knowledge and stay up to date with reporting standards.
