Full Job Description
- Act as the Finance business partner for defined Sales areas in EA, understanding their needs and delivering tailored financial support.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting and analysis of sales/bookings and financial trends across the European sales region.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to support data-driven and commercially sound business decisions.
- Lead monthly forecasting processes and quota target setting during budgeting, while tracking commission performance.
- Support continuous process improvement and system enhancements aligned with business strategy and KPIs. What you will bring
- Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent, with professional qualifications (CIMA, ACCA) or relevant experience.
- Strong analytical mindset and numeracy skills, capable of turning financial data into actionable insights.
- Effective communicator with the ability to work with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience in or appreciation of a sales environment within an international organization.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced business environment.
