Pertemps are thrilled to be working exclusively with a highly regarded firm based in Edinburgh. They are seeking an experienced Cashier to work part time alongside their team (25 hours per week). The cashier will support the department with administrative support to ensure they meet service delivery expectations.

Responsibilities:

·      Processing BACs and CHAPS payments.

·      Maintenance of both client and firm accounts.

·      Bank reconciliations.

·      Supporting with the firm’s month-end procedures.

·      Assisting with daily banking and balancing.

·      Managing purchase ledger invoices.

·      Efficient and effective service for the Firm

The role requires an extremely motivated candidate, who is well organised and has the initiative to work alongside a team. The successful candidate should be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and have good numeracy skills.
