You will provide support and work as part of a legal cashier team handling client cash and transactions ensuring compliance is maintained.

This role is an ideal role for a finance assistant with legal experience or accounts clerk looking for a progression opportunity.

Job

The role of Cashroom Assistant will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:

· Input and process data accurately and promptly onto the firm’s invoicing system

· Reconcile and replicate data across systems as appropriate

· Liaise with fee-earners regarding transactions

· Use online banking systems for processing payments

· Provide audit evidence and ensure compliance with Law Society rules for client funds

· Work as part of the team, supporting and advising as appropriate

You

As a Cashroom Assistant you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:

· Maintain a positive attitude, demonstrating strong numeracy and attention to detail.

· Be a collaborative team player while also showing initiative when working independently.
