Full Job Description
Our client is a family run business which operates across the UK. Over the past 30 years the company has continued to grow to become a main player within their sector.
Role Overview
This is an extremely fast-paced role which requires accuracy. Time management is key to this role as there are several tight deadlines to adhere to. Knowledge of VAT and CIS tax would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Add new Contracts/Suppliers/Sub-contractors/Operatives to COINS finance system
• Sub-contractor weekly payment runs
• IR35 checks
• Enter overhead invoices
• Enter petty cash transactions
• Process credit applications for new suppliers
• Retention release preparation and payout
• Respond to Credit Control & Finance mailboxes
• Credit control duties
• Credit card analysis and reconciliation
• Reconcile Manchester petty cash
• CIS reconciliations
• Supplier payment runs
• Process overhead re-charge journals
• Month end tasks
Personal Competencies
• Diligent
• Accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient in Excel
• Time Management
