We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting and Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the finance and production departments, ensuring data is kept up to date and correct. This position is ideal for a multitasker with excellent organisational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Tasks:

Process invoices, receipts, and payments efficiently and accurately.
Reconcile bank accounts and financial records.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Support the payroll process and employee expense claims.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting tasks.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain organized and up-to-date records and filing systems.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Support HR with onboarding and employee documentation.
Perform other administrative and support tasks as they arise.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in accounting or administrative roles (2+ years preferred).
Proficiency in accounting software ( Xero) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Great people skills. Friendly with excellent written and verbal communications.
A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset, however strong and effective work experience is highly sought
