Jenson Fisher are delighted to be working with our long-established Perthshire client to recruit a Bookkeeper on a permanent, full time basis. Working as part of a small administrative team, our client are looking to recruit a first class Bookkeeper who has excellent IT skills and is competent using Microsoft Excel and has previous experience using financial software.
As the Bookkeeper you will be tasked with daily management of the business finances and your responsibilities will include:
- Purchase ledger maintenance.
- Sales ledger including issuing statements.
- Bank reconciliations on a weekly basis.
- Bookkeeping to trial balance stage.
- Preparation of VAT returns on a quarterly basis.
- Payroll for over 50 staff on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Credit control via telephone and letter.
- Ad hoc reporting as required by the Directors.
