Full Job Description

Join Our Client's Team as an Administrative Assistant 

Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a flair for multitasking? We’re looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to support a busy legal team based in Glasgow.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment, where your contribution will play a key part in the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing essential administrative support to legal teams

  • Accurately copy typing legal documents and correspondence

  • Maintaining files, managing incoming/outgoing correspondence, and updating case management systems

  • Assisting in drafting legal documents, including court submissions

  • Handling client calls and queries with professionalism and discretion

  • Supporting with diary management, scheduling, and office logistics

  • Assisting with document delivery, scanning, and general office tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written

  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational ability

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and case management software

  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude

  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information

  • Previous experience in a legal or administrative setting is advantageous

  • Knowledge of Court of Session and ASPIC processes would be a bonus
