Emtec Facility Services is on the lookout for a dynamic Project Administrator to join our team at our HQ in Uddingston. In this role you will be a vital part of our dedicated team where you will be instrumental to the smooth day to day running of our projects. This is a varied role where you will be supporting the project management team to successfully deliver small works and larger scale projects. This is a fully office-based role. What You'll be Doing

Delivering high-quality administrative support to the Project Managers, Supervisors, and the broader project team.
Assisting in resource coordination and ensuring clients are informed of project progress.
Uploading necessary Operation and Maintenance manual information and mandatory project documents to the client portal in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs).
Maintaining consistent communication with clients, sub-contractors, and engineers.
Aiding in the management of both internal and external key event schedules.
Updating project-specific health and safety information and facilitating the collection of data required for the Construction Phase.
Maintaining training records for both employees and Sub-Contractors.

Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role
Excellent communication skills and the ability to use your own initiative.
Strong organisational skills with a good eye for detail
Top notch time management skills
Good working knowledge of the Microsoft office package
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics Navision as well as experience in the facility services sector would be a big plus
