Full Job Description
Our Company has been trading as a printing ink manufacturer for nearly 50 years with the main plant based in Newhouse, North Lanarkshire. We are looking to recruit a replacement for our existing Sales and Credit Control Administrator, who is retiring this Summer, and the new candidate will be fully-trained on our bespoke software, which includes a real-time, integrated stock control system, and will shadow the existing administrator during the early weeks. The role requires competence with Microsoft Excel and Word and the ability to time-manage well and focus on important details which are key for accurate invoicing and traceability of all products for the customers. The role is permanent but the number of weekly hours could vary between 28 and 33 to suit the successful candidate, The busiest time of each month is from the 23rd to the 7th and therefore it is likely that holidays have to be minimised during that period, although we will try to accommodate specific dates which are important to the candidate.
