Full Job Description
Anderson Knight is recruiting an Administrator for a well-established company based in Glasgow.
The position offers working hours of 08:30-16:30, Monday to Friday, along with the added perks of onsite parking and dress-down Fridays.
Salary - £23,270.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrate of all aspects of client and company processes.
• Responsible for the support of engineering, record/sense checking data, updating reports, update client and company systems, supporting administration and service management.
• Maintain consistent and effective communication with engineers to oversee project completion within client SLA parameters.
• Establish controls to identify outstanding purchase orders and unissued parts.
• Manage engineering staff, including coordinating holiday leave with area controllers.
• Produce progress/status updates for clients or their representatives.
• Administer engineer controls: timesheets and expenses.
• Ensure all tasks are financially closed within customer and company guidelines.
• Maintain records of legislative documentation to meet client/company recommendations.
• Manage the filing process for supporting documentation (scanning/manual).
Key Attributes and Skills:
• Proficient in administration, particularly in Excel and Microsoft packages.
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Strong collaborative teamwork skills.
• Effective multitasking ability and composure under pressure.
• Preferred, though not essential: background in the service industry.
• Ability to build strong rapport with customers and team members.
