Full Job Description
About the role: Part Time vacancy 23.75 hours over 5 days.
- Open building and set up reception
- Act as first point of contact for visitors and employees to Robertson House (monitor signing in)
- Answer incoming calls on switchboard & forward accordingly.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Ensure front of house and reception area is tidy and presentable
- Undertake admin duties as requested
- Raise work orders for building maintenance
- Manage meeting room booking system
- Manage Company holiday lodge inc, enquiries, bookings and invoicing
Previous experience in receptionist's role. - Skilled in multitasking with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Team player
- Able to use own initiative and to communicate at all levels
- Excellent attention to detail
