Full Job Description
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and available to start work immediately? Hays are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading innovator for a Temporary Purchasing Administrator to join the team on a full-time basis in Angus.
Your new role
- Managing purchase orders and supplier communications
- Stock control
- Order processing
- Invoice processing
- Filing goods receipts
- Ensuring timely delivery of materials
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting the wider purchasing team
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Availability to start immediately
- Previous experience in purchasing/sales administration within a manufacturing environment is a plus!
