Full Job Description
Connect Appointments is seeking a motivated and experienced Harvest Supervisor to join our client's successful farming operation in Crail, Fife.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing the full vegetable crop cycle - from planting right through to harvest - with a focus on broccoli and cauliflower.

Working as a Harvest Supervisor, you'll be hands-on in the field, leading a team of seasonal staff and ensuring crops are grown and harvested to the highest standards. Your duties will include:
- Monitoring crop health and progress through regular field walking
- Forecasting harvest times and planning accordingly
- Motivating and managing your team to deliver high levels of productivity and quality
- Ensuring all health & safety, food safety, and environmental standards are met
- Assisting across field operations as required
To be successful in this role Harvest Supervisor role, you'll ideally have:
- Previous experience with broccoli, cauliflower, or similar vegetable crops
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and motivate a team
- A proactive, hands-on approach to farm work
- Good communication skills - Russian or Eastern European language skills are a bonus, but not essential
- A valid driving licence - tractor driving experience would be an advantage
