Full Job Description
FT Recruitment Group are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sales Account Manager based in Aberdeen on a Permanent, Full Time basis.
Working within a close knit team with a collaborative and supportive environment, this is an excellent opportunity for a good team player with a proven track record in external sales to take on a busy and rewarding desk, with opportunities for continual development and excellent earning potential.
Main duties include:
- Prospect new business opportunities for assigned product range, while continually promoting and upselling wider product and service offerings
- Maintain strong relationships with existing client accounts through regular communication, continuing to provide excellent levels of customer service
- Collate and present attractive sales proposals
- Maintain CRM with up to date information to ensure effective pipeline tracking
- Engage with negotiations for contracts and service agreements, ensuring compliance with company guidelines
- Report and analyse sales and market data, and provide accurate forecasts for management
- Liaise closely with internal departments to ensure effective delivery in line with client expectations
Suitable candidates should have the following:
- Previous experience in an external sales focused role, with a proven track record in client account management and/or new business development
- A strong team player, able to support and collaborate with colleagues in the Sales team and wider business departments
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and in-person
- A motivated self-starter, with a personable nature and positive approach
Candidates should be based locally to Aberdeen, and must hold the Right to Work in the UK.
