We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst that is detail oriented and exhibits analytical thinking to optimise and improve business processes, enhance efficiency and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will analyse operational data and processes, identify trends and improvements and provide actionable insights to drive business performance. As a Business Operations Analyst your responsibilities will include, although not limited to:

• Analyse business operations, processes, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Work closely with finance, sales, customer service te, production management and senior leadership to align operational goals with company objectives.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual efforts and increase efficiency.
• Develop and contribute to documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
• Support project management initiatives by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and reports.
  
  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field or pharmaceutical related degree.
• 2+ years of experience in business operations, data analysis, or a related role.
• 2+ years of experience in GMP.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Strong literacy skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying opportunities for operational improvements.
