Full Job Description

  • Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to fuel growth in the UK market, focusing on STI testing and molecular diagnostics.
  • Position the company as a key player in the infectious disease diagnostics space, particularly in the POC testing arena.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the UK and wider EMEA region, driving growth across key segments.
  • Lead and manage strategic NHS accounts, ensuring the successful delivery of multimillion-pound contracts and overseeing contract renewals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in the NHS, hospital networks, and private laboratories to drive revenue and customer retention.
  • Represent the company at major industry conferences, exhibitions, and events to enhance the company's profile and strengthen its industry reputation.

    A minimum of 5 years of experience in the infectious disease diagnostics field, with a particular focus on STI testing.
  • Deep knowledge of molecular diagnostics and an understanding of NHS frameworks and laboratory operations.
  • Established relationships with NHS hospitals, diagnostics decision-makers, and Key Opinion Leaders in the UK healthcare sector.

We are seeking a Director of Sales to drive the commercial growth and market share of the company's innovative infectious disease diagnostic solutions, with a particular focus on STI testing.
