What's the role?
- Help customers, offering support with empathy and care.
- Work flexibly during business hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-7:30pm; Sat, 9am-5pm).
- Deliver top-notch customer service while finding the best solutions for both customers and the company.
- Handle tough situations with resilience and maintain a positive, can-do attitude.
What we're looking for:
- Customer service experience (contact centre background preferred but not essential).
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong listening skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
- An insatiably curious attitude and the confidence to challenge the norm.
