As a key member of the Payment Operations team, you will play an integral role in ensuring a seamless customer journey by managing payments, investigations, and troubleshooting with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking initiative, working in a collaborative team, and delivering exceptional service with a personal touch.

What You'll Do:

Deliver a high-quality, "right first time" service to internal and external customers.
Manage end-to-end payment processes, from setup and verification to investigation and repair.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve system productivity.
Liaise with external financial institutions and stakeholders to resolve queries and manage accounts.
Assist with reconciliation tasks, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
Help maintain and update standard operating procedures to reflect the latest processes and best practices.
Take on leadership responsibilities, including delegating tasks and assessing team capacity in the absence of the flow leader.
